1 5 oz jar Eat This Yum Bacon Marmalade
1 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoons of butter
Salt and pepper
Season scallops with salt and pepper.
Add butter and oil to a 12-inch sauté pan on high heat.
Once the fat begins to smoke, gently add the scallops.
Sear scallops for 1 ½ minutes in each side.
Serve with a dollop of bacon marmalade on top of each scallop
