Even though this is becoming one of our more popular flavors, I am often asked for ideas on how to use our Flamin Raspberry Preserve. An easy way is to make a quick salad dressing. We love mixing lemon arugula with diced beets and some goat cheese, and toss it all in a bowl. Grab a smaller bowl and whisk together the wet ingredients, Voila! You’ve got yourself a sweet and spicy dressing. Drizzle over salad greens and we love serving this along side a burger, grilled lamb chops, or even shrimp.
Salad Dressing Recipe
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tbs of Flamin Raspberry Preserve
